demoted – I’d be back to where I started (and with

it just hit me…why don’t I just simply
ask a co-worker for some advice.
But
that didn’t work…
I
asked one of the best Managers in the department and all advice
was Management speak and gobbledygook.

did not mean a thing to me.
That
was it, I thought I had made a big, big mistake – this
